LARS FISK SELECTED AS FIRST BARN RESIDENT ARTIST

Lars Fisk, a sculptor based in Burlington, Vermont, is occupying The Barn as Seven Below’s first resident artist. Lars is a logical choice for our first resident artist having served as artistic director for all of Phish’s festivals, as well as Phish’s 2002 album, Round Room, which features his “Barn Ball” sculpture on the cover. A graduate from UVM and Columbia University, Lars’ work outside Phish has been exhibited at the Fleming Museum, Burlington, VT; the Hood Museum of Art, Hanover, NH; and as a part of the permanent collection of the DeCordova Museum and Sculpture Park in Lincoln, MA. In addition to pursuing his own artistic endeavors at The Barn, Lars will oversee the artist residency program starting Summer 2007. For more information, visit the non-profit page.
